On the occasion of Vinitaly 2025, Vivai Feder created the floral and plant installation for the institutional stand of the Veneto Region, a two-story exhibition space designed to welcome, represent and enhance the excellence of the territory. The project was able to combine aesthetic refinement and regional identity, offering a natural setting capable of accompanying the entire visual communication of the stand with coherence and beauty.
The setup included carefully selected ornamental plants, capable of enhancing every functional area of the stand: from information desks to spaces dedicated to tasting, from relaxation corners to institutional stations. Each green element was designed to integrate harmoniously with the architecture and internal layout, giving depth, freshness and naturalness to the environment. The choice of plants was made based on the available light, the duration of the event and the overall visual style, always with an eye to quality and aesthetics.
Greenery has consistently accompanied the entire exhibition route, without invading the spaces but helping to define volumes, visual frames and welcoming scenography. Both the ground floor, dedicated to reception and promotion, and the upper floor, designed for more private and representative moments, have been embellished with coordinated installations that have guaranteed uniformity of image and an immersive experience for visitors.
Each intervention was carried out with great attention to assembly and disassembly times, respecting the technical needs of the fair and the operational needs of the exhibitor. Our experience in the trade fair sector allowed us to guarantee a quick, clean and professional set-up, without compromising the visual and botanical quality of the compositions.
The presence of greenery helped make the Veneto Region stand one of the most recognizable and photographed of the entire Vinitaly, offering an elegant and natural setting that enhanced not only the display materials, but also the identity of the territory represented. Green plants, blooms and coordinated containers coherently told the story of the link between the Region and its agricultural and environmental vocation.
