For the trade fair participation of E-Project Group, Vivai Feder created a floral installation capable of combining architectural essentiality and scenographic plant presence, transforming the stand into a welcoming and visually tidy exhibition space. In the absence of a decorative theme defined by the client, the intervention focused on enhancing the space through the insertion of balanced green elements consistent with the contemporary design of the stand.
The installation involved the selection and arrangement of indoor ornamental plants in coordinated pots, carefully placed in the entrance and reception areas, along the edges of the perimeter and next to the vertical architectural elements. The goal was to create an elegant natural presence, without visual overloads, but with the right balance between color, shape and formal cleanliness.
The chosen plants were selected to guarantee harmonious volumes and resistance in a trade fair environment, with particular attention to freshness, compactness and photographic performance under artificial light. The use of greenery has made it possible to soften the rigidity of the exhibition surfaces, introducing a soft and dynamic visual element capable of making the visitors’ path more fluid.
In this case too, Vivai Feder directly took care of logistics, set-up and subsequent dismantling, ensuring a rapid, precise intervention in line with the timing of the fair. Every detail was carefully managed, from the positioning of the pots to the final aesthetic cleaning, guaranteeing a ready-to-use and impeccable plant scenography for the entire duration of the event.
The E-Project Group stand thus benefited from a green presence capable of strengthening its visual identity without invading the space, maintaining coherence with the technical and professional tone of the company. The plants functioned as a connecting element between technology and the environment, offering a more welcoming and human perception of the exhibition space.
