On the occasion of Vinitaly 2025, Vivai Feder curated the floral arrangement of the stand of CIA – Agricoltori Italiani, one of the main professional agricultural organizations in the country. The project was developed with the aim of strengthening the link between agriculture, sustainability and visual communication, enhancing the institutional presence of the Confederation in one of the most important agri-food fairs in Europe.
The CIA stand presented itself as a modern, open and representative space, in which greenery played a strategic role in defining the environments, helping to create a natural scenography consistent with the values of the association. Vivai Feder chose to work with sober and resistant ornamental plants, placed in key points of the space to accompany the visitor on an orderly and welcoming visual path.
The project focused on the intelligent use of greenery to transmit the concepts of territorial identity, respect for the environment and agricultural quality. The inclusion of indoor plants and coordinated plant compositions made it possible to tone down the architectural volumes of the stand, introducing warmth and naturalness into a trade fair environment with a high exposure density.
Each plant element was selected not only for its aesthetic impact, but also for its ability to evoke the agricultural world in an elegant and non-didactic way. The result was an exhibition space in which the green presence communicated coherence, care and attention to detail, perfectly in line with the CIA’s mission: to give value to Italian agriculture through innovation, tradition and sustainability.
Vivai Feder managed the entire setup quickly and efficiently, respecting the timing and logistical needs of the fair. The service included the supply of plants, the scenographic positioning, the technical support during the event and the post-event dismantling, guaranteeing a high standard of order, cleanliness and botanical quality.
The set-up helped make the CIA stand one of the most recognizable and coherent from a communicative point of view, offering a natural and professional visual experience. Visitors were able to immerse themselves in a green context that not only decorated, but also reinforced the message of sustainability, rootedness and commitment to the future of agriculture.
With this project, Vivai Feder confirms its ability to create high-level institutional installations, capable of telling stories, visions and values through the language of greenery. An intervention that demonstrates how plant scenography can become an authentic communication tool, even in the most formal contexts.
