For the Bauli winter corporate event<\/strong>, hosted at the Verona Fair, Vivai Feder curated a floral display designed to enhance the brand’s atmosphere with natural, refined elements that were consistent with the emotional tone of the event<\/strong>. In a large and neutral architectural context, the intervention aimed to transform the exhibition spaces into a warm, welcoming and deeply evocative environment<\/strong>, in line with the values \u200b\u200bthat have always distinguished Bauli.<\/p>\n\n

The installation was able to combine aesthetics and seasonality, through the use of green plants, winter berries, themed blooms and ornamental branches<\/strong>, creating a setting consistent with the time of year and the visual identity of the brand. Each composition was designed to fit naturally into the architecture of the space, bringing warmth and harmony without weighing down the environment.<\/p>\n\n

The floral intervention accompanied the key moments of the event, enhancing entrances, reception areas, exhibition areas and convivial spaces with a simple but impactful botanical language<\/strong>. The plants were arranged to guide the guests’ path, underline the focal points and make the entire experience more immersive and suggestive.<\/p>\n\n

The overall atmosphere combined the sophistication of a natural style<\/strong> with the familiarity that the Bauli brand conveys, especially in the winter months. Greenery played a central role in creating a sense of warmth and intimacy<\/strong> in an otherwise technical space, helping to transform a trade fair pavilion into an emotional place, ideal for a representative corporate event.<\/p>\n\n

Vivai Feder took care of all the phases of the project, from the choice of essences to the assembly on site, working in synergy with the Bauli representatives and the other suppliers involved in the event. The intervention was carried out with great attention to timing, logistics and visual impact, ensuring an elegant, coherent and immediately perceptible result by all guests.<\/p>\n\n

This installation demonstrated how even an industrial context such as a trade fair can be completely transformed with the conscious and targeted use of greenery. During the Bauli event, plants were able to tell the human and sensorial side of the company<\/strong>, becoming an integral part of the experience and reinforcing the brand message.<\/p>\n\n

With this project, Vivai Feder confirms its experience in the creation of green scenography for corporate events<\/strong>, offering tailor-made solutions capable of combining aesthetics, functionality and identity.<\/p>\n\n
